Register now to reserve your spot on the trip of your choice! To confirm your seat, please print and mail your completed registration form, waiver & release, and deposit together to:

Early registration is encouraged spaces fill quickly. You may register now for any trip in 2026.
Deposit Information:
Daily Trips: $20.00 deposit required to hold your seat - full payment due 30 days before trip
Extended Getaways: $75.00 deposit required to hold your seat - full payment is due 10 weeks before getaway. All the information is in the flyers.

Little Chute: HWY N / HWY 41 Park & Ride - US 41, exit 146 - North on County N (Freedom Road) - East (right) on Evergreen Drive - South (right) on Randolph Drive - Lot on right
Appleton: Ballard Rd / Hwy 41 Park & Ride - US 41 - North on County E - East (right) on Evergreen Dr. Lot on right - Directional signs to lot on US 41
Menasha: Piggly Wiggly - 1151 Midway Rd, Menasha, WI 54952
Oshkosh: HWY 76 / HWY 41 Park & Ride - US 41 - North on WIS 76 - South (or left) on Green Valley Road - Lot on left

Waiting List
If our buses reach full capacity, don’t worry—you can join our waiting list. Joining the waiting list is at no cost at all. Should enough people sign up to warrant reserving a second bus, we will gladly accommodate additional participants from the waiting list in the order their requests were received.
You will be notified if a spot becomes available, and full payment will be required to join the tour at that time. Please note, joining the waiting list does not guarantee a spot, but it keeps you in line for any openings or extra space that becomes available. We’ll keep you informed about your status and any updates regarding additional bus reservations.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel your registration for any reason, please be aware that your initial deposit may be non-refundable.
Your spot on the bus cannot be sold or transferred.
Please cancel as soon as possible! You can help by finding a replacement for your spot, and we will also make every effort to fill it, either directly, advertising or through our waiting list. If your seat is successfully filled, you will receive a refund minus the $20.00 processing fee.
Within 48 hours of departure or no-shows: no refund if we cannot replace your spot.
(If your spot is filled, we will mail you your refund minus a $20.00 processing fee.)Full refunds are issued if Donna’s Bus Adventures cancels a trip.
Multi-day trips follow the travel agency’s additional cancellation policies.
In some cases, we maintain a waiting list and may be able to fill your spot from there. If your seat is successfully filled—either by a substitute you arrange or through the waiting list—you will receive a refund minus a $20.00 processing fee, and your deposit can be transferred accordingly. If your seat remains unfilled, the deposit will be retained to cover costs already incurred.
